Getting Started: The Unpackage Client Portal

The Unpackage portal is the brain for your entire setup. It is here that you will be able to build, manage, and create. You will need to have your appropriate email and password to log in to Unpackage. These credentials were set upon creating your account.

Log in to Unpackage

You will be able to access your cPanel and everything else from Unpackage. Log in to Unpackage.

If by some chance you did not receive a Welcome email, please click on the “Forgot Password” link and if you still have issues contact our support advisors and we will assist you right away.

Pointing Your Domain Name to Unpackage

If you did not register your domain name with Unpackage you will need to point the domain to get it on our hosting platform. Log into your domain registrar’s portal and set the following name servers:

The IPv4 addresses that are used with your services will be provided to you within 24 hours of your order being placed with Unpackage.

Setting Up Your Website

Scroll down to the Softaculous section and use the one-click install ability to install WordPress, Joomla, or Magento, or any of the other one-click available apps.

Our shared and reseller servers utilize the LiteSpeed Web Server to maximize your website's speed and efficiency. To further boost your website's performance, consider installing the LS Cache plugin built for the open source application you decide to use.

If you decide to not use Softaculous, you'll need to upload your files manually using the cPanel file manager.
